On most you can:

Post one or more résumés and let employers find you.

Search for current full-time jobs or contract assignments

Set up search agents that will notify you by e-mail when jobs meeting your criteria are posted.

Establish a "My Stuff" page on the site devoted to your search criteria and other job-related material.
